Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
